If a customer receives a damaged product or one with manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement within 3 days from the delivery date. To claim this benefit, the customer must record a complete video of the unboxing, starting from the sealed package to identifying the damage, along with showing the invoice attached to the box. The video should be clear and submitted to our support team via email within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that no claims will be accepted if the video is not sent within this time frame.
