Setting up the Jellyfish Lamp is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

1. Attach the Tentacles: Insert each tentacle into the holes on the underside of the jellyfish head. The holes are designed to securely hold each tentacle in place.
2. Assemble the Base: Connect the pole to the platform base, ensuring it is securely attached.
3. Position the Jellyfish Head: Place the jellyfish head on top of the assembled pole, making sure it is stable.
4. Optional - Hanging Setup: If you prefer to hang the lamp, you can use the small loop at the top of the jellyfish head. Simply thread a string or hook through the loop and suspend it from a ceiling or any suitable fixture.

Once assembled, the lamp is ready to use, providing a beautiful, relaxing glow to enhance any room.

* Note that the lamp does make some noise as the tentacles rotate. We are working on a new and improved version with quiet sound! 

Standard Model:

Each lamp features a small loop at the top of the jellyfish head, allowing you to suspend it using a string or hook.

This gives you complete flexibility to display the lamp however you prefer.

3-Day Replacement Policy

If a customer receives a damaged product or one with manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement within 3 days from the delivery date. To claim this benefit, the customer must record a complete video of the unboxing, starting from the sealed package to identifying the damage, along with showing the invoice attached to the box. The video should be clear and submitted to our support team via email within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that no claims will be accepted if the video is not sent within this time frame. Video evidence is mandatory to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure a smooth replacement process. We prioritize our customers and strive to make this process as simple and trustworthy as possible.
